I just wanted to let you all know about my wonderful experience at the Lakeline location. We were walking though the mall and we stopped into the studio with a couple of questions about the process. Tori and Sara were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and more. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on what to wear along with different ideas on what could be done. They were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We scheduled an appointment and went ahead and joined the Portrait Club Membership. We looked forward to our appointment the following week and the wonderful portraits and memories to come. So many people write to complain about their experience that I thought I would take the time to write a positive note about one of your employees, Lady. My six-year-old was a breeze and my 16-month-old was everything but a breeze. Lady, was very patient and did everything to make my son smile. She took portraits of him on the go because he did not want to even stand where he was supposed to. Somehow, someway, she was able to capture his personality. I am so happy with the results.
